Bill Wadley
President, Impact Sand & Gravel
William J. “Bill” Wadley is a 1981 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and served as an officer in the United States Army. For nearly three decades, he has owned and led Impact Sand & Gravel, one of Southern Nevada’s significant aggregates and trucking operations, which today comprises multiple quarry sites and related companies across the Las Vegas Valley.
Bill is the co-founder of Capstone Christian Academy in Las Vegas, a Pre-K through 6th-grade school built on the West Point model of leadership development, which now serves approximately 200 students. He also helped launch Refuge for Women, a ministry serving survivors of sex trafficking, and Broken Chains, an outreach to the homeless community.
He and Laura have 6 children and 7 grandchildren who bring much joy to their lives. He is passionate about helping other men break generational cycles of addiction and find freedom in Christ.
