Doug Graham
Doug served active duty for 8 ½ years. The highlights of his military career were operating as the logistics officer in Honduras during the show of force exercise in 1984 and leading a recruiting company in the Pacific NW that was awarded the top recruiting company of the 6th (West) Brigade in 1988.
Married up in 1984 to his amazing wife Sharon, who, besides raising 7 home-schooled children, has been his most trusted business confidant his entire career.
Doug left the military to go into the ministry in 1989. The ministry position did not materialize, so he took an unplanned four-year detour as the owner of a small interstate trucking company. He successfully survived the perilous experience of being a small business owner in the trucking industry and sold the assets of his company at the end of 1983. In 1984, he went on staff as an executive pastor of his charismatic independent church in Olympia, WA.
It took him a couple of years to figure out that he was a better businessman than pastor, and in 1996, he went from a pulpit ministry to a business ministry.
Doug has been the founder and CEO of the Continuant family of businesses since 1996 and, after 30 years, has transitioned the business to the next-generation leadership team.
Doug and Sharon also founded a Christian non-profit organization - Left Hand/Right Hand Ministries, which has the mission of providing an anonymous way of giving to Kingdom endeavors.
