COL (Ret) Gasper Gulotta, Dr. Strategic Leadership
BACKGROUND:
Gasper served 25 years in the US Army as a pilot and nuclear weapons officer. He commanded at the brigade level. In the civilian sector, Gasper worked in the Defense Industry, Telecommunications, and business consulting areas. He retired in 2026 in Canton, GA.
Gasper holds several advanced degrees from USC, MIT, Air University, and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Faith Seminary in Tacoma, WA.
Originally from New York, Gasper has been married to his 8th-grade girlfriend, Joanne, for over 44 years. Gasper and Joanne have three children. Lauren, Gasper Jr., and Charlie. They have three grandchildren through Gasper and Samantha’s marriage and are often on their knees in prayer for the 2019 USMA graduate, Charlie, serving a second tour in the 82d Airborne Division as a Captain in the Infantry.
Retirement plans call for Gasper and Joanne to continue supporting their children and to enjoy time as grandparents.
